Workstation is an
all-in-one unit imaging system
with integrated computer board
controller, optical components, power lens and a
deep-cooled
(-450C) CCD camera.
It is designed specifically for detection and
analysis of chemiluminescent
and fluorescent signals used in Western Blot analysis,
DNA/RNA hybridization,
and non-radioactive EMSA, eliminating the need for x-ray film, film developer, and consumable

Non-radioactive EMSA kits
are used for detecting activation of transcription factors
that bind to specific nucleic acid sequences. The activation of transcription
factors of interest can be determined in 4-6 hours, rather than
a few days, using chemiluminescence and no radioactivity.
The kit can be stored for up to a year.
Chemiluminescence Substrates
in our Lightgen product series are custom formulated for use in
Western Blot analysis, DNA/RNA
hybridization, and non-radioactive EMSA.
Lightgen™ HL has extremely-high
sensitivity and is capable of detecting femtogram quantities
of nucleic acids or proteins. Lightgen™ CL
is
formulated to optimize the capture of images
with x-ray films. Lightgen™
BL
is formulated to have extremely low background staining when it is used in
Western blot analysis. 
shRNA Expression
Vectors with
dual promoters
can
express shRNA/siRNA in mammalian cells with high efficiency.
The same vector can carry and express multiple copies
of shRNA/siRNA to greatly enhance inhibition of
targeted gene expression.

cDNA
Expression Vectors
are used to enhance gene-expression in bacterial and
mammalian cells by increased gene dosage. One vector can carry and express multiple gene
copies.
